Retinal schisis accompanied with retinal detachment

A female 25 yrs old left eye 6/36 and no h/o trauma.left eye amblyopia .this os the OCT of macular regeion .and pt has optic disc pit also in same eye. picture of left eye .diagnosis or D/D managment .
By Dr.Amer Daloul It’s retinal schisis due to nerve optic pit accompanied with retinal detachment. Treatment PPV with laser around the optic as traditional treatment or PPv with autologous platelets concentration over the pit , DD congenital retinal schisis , macular traction syndrome in high myopic eye, but i didn’t see any traction in this case.
