  41. 6th nerve palsy here – bifocal diplopia. People with two heads, four arms and two sets of legs was fairly amusing, but driving was a pain as was ‘Is that a real car coming towards me’? Problem lasted for three years odd, only relieved after virtually loosing sight in one eye – NTG, classic Flammer Syndrome. At least no more wearing those evil prism specs !

Bifocal Diplopia is quite difficult to put up with. But as I gradually lost the sight in my right eye so did the diplopia desist, and now virtually disappeared entirely, as only have a little peripheral sight left in the right eye
